Talent Acquisition Services provides services to the campus on a full range of employment issues including recruitment, hiring, and policy interpretation.  Talent Acquisition Services assists campus departments and job seekers in the application of employment policies and procedures, programs and fair hiring practices.  Talent Acquisition Services also provides essential employment services and programs that are designed to recruit and retain top talent, as well as to diversify our workforce, in support of the teaching, research and public service mission of UC Merced.
